Spa Policy


Reservations
We recommend that you make reservations well in advance so that your preferred appointment times can be secured. We require a valid credit card number to hold a reservation.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change any appointment without charge. If you do not notify us of the cancellation 24 hours prior to your spa treatment, your appointment is considered confirmed and your credit card will be charged for the full spa treatment or service fee of your reservation. Failure to arrive for an appointment will result in the full charge of scheduled services. This policy also applies to gift card, gift certificate and third-party voucher holders.

Third Party Vouchers & Gift Certificates
We require the number of the voucher purchased from a third-party website to hold a reservation. All Gift Certificates or Third-Party voucher numbers must be approved valid before the confirmation of an appointment. Taxes are not included in the purchase of a third-party voucher, gift card and gift certificates; therefore, must be settled upon checkout.

Spa Promotions
Spa specials cannot be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates or vouchers.


Lateness
Kindly arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This will allow ample time for a skin consultation necessary to customize treatments to your personal needs. If you are a first-time client, a profile will also be completed prior to your service. Please be advised that late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled service to appropriately accommodate the next guest.

​Products Returns and Refund
Unopened products in original, undamaged packaging can be returned to the original purchase location within 14 days for store credit when accompanied with a receipt. All customers returning product to Bioxage Spa will be issued spa retail credit only for future product and services purchases. NO CASH REFUNDS. We will not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on opened/used cosmetics, skincare, body care, sale items, 'as is' items, or individual components of a bundle, set or kit. Gift Cards are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Bioxage Spa does everything to provide you the best experience, but does not issue any refund on services. Spa series of treatments and gift certificates can be exchanged for credit only to be used toward other products or services.

Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss of or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. We ask you to remove all jewelry before any service.

Gratuities
Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A cash/credit gratuity of 15-20% of each service price is appropriate and appreciated. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction. Gratuity envelopes are available at the spa reception desk for your convenience.

Payment
All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept any personal or traveler’s checks. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking, or any notable changes since your last treatment.
